Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Pride International, Inc. is one of the world's largest drilling contractors. Pride provides contract drilling and related services to oil and gas companies worldwide.

With approximately 4,000 employees, Pride offers a multinational workforce with offices in the United States, Angola, Brazil, India, Mexico and Saudi Arabia.

We have positioned our fleet in some of the world's largest and most active exploration and production areas, with a market presence in West Africa, Latin America (Brazil), the Gulf of Mexico, the Middle East and India. Today, we operate a total of 23 rigs.

Our fleet is currently located as follows:

• West and South Africa: 2 ultra-deepwater, dynamically positioned drillships, 1 deepwater semisubmersible, 1 midwater semisubmersible, 1 jackup rig and 1 managed deepwater platform



• South America: 4 deepwater, dynamically positioned semisubmersibles and 4 midwater semisubmersibles



• Gulf of Mexico: 2 jackup rigs and 1 managed deepwater platform



• Mediterranean and the Middle East: 1 deepwater semisubmersible and 2 jackup rigs



• India: 2 jackup rigs
